Greg Overberg

Senior Asset Manager, Asset Management

Mr. Overberg joined Hudson Housing Capital in July 2019 and is responsible for portfolio management, including monitoring of property partnerships from their initial lease-up phase through the completion of the compliance period.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Overberg was a City Planner with the Cleveland City Planning Commission. The primary goal of the administration in Cleveland was to erase decades of disinvestment and create a more equitable city, particularly in the housing stock, which allowed Mr. Overberg to work on a variety of projects related to affordable housing development, mixed-use development, neighborhood master planning, land use planning and transit-oriented development.

Mr. Overberg graduated from The Ohio State University, where he received a B.S. in Geography/Data Management in 2010 and an M.S. in City & Regional Planning in 2011.
