Nerik Musheyev

Senior Manager, Accounting

Mr. Musheyev joined Hudson Housing Capital in September of 2018. Mr. Musheyev is involved in the day to day accounting function of the low income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Musheyev was an external auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) in their New York City office. At PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Mr. Musheyev focused on clients in the real estate industry such as Pretium Partners, RXR Realty, Hudson Realty Capital, Trawler Capital Management, and JP Morgan.

Mr. Musheyev received a BS in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York and a MS in Accounting from Queens College, City University of New York.
