MICHAEL SIROKA

Vice President, Acquisitions/Underwriting

Mr. Siroka joined Hudson Housing Capital in June 2017 as an Associate. He is responsible for financial analysis related to potential low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Siroka was a Senior Accountant at Cotter & Kavanaugh LLP, where he provided advisory, audit, and taxation services to developers and owners of multifamily real estate with a focus on New York City affordable housing.

Mr. Siroka holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from The George Washington University, an MS in Real Estate, with distinction, from New York University, and is currently licensed in the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.
