GREG GRIPPA

Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Grippa joined Hudson Housing Capital in April 2017 and is responsible for portfolio management.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing, Mr. Grippa worked as an asset manager for Red Stone Equity Partners for 5 years. Mr. Grippa managed a portfolio of 40 assets representing over $300 million of equity, and oversaw all aspects of each deal in his portfolio; from assisting acquisitions with portions of underwriting, monitoring construction, lease-up and guiding each property through permanent conversion.

Mr. Grippa graduated from the Ohio State University with an MA of Urban Planning in 2010.
