Sunny Sowards joined Hudson Housing Capital in December 2016 with the Acquisitions group. Ms. Sowards assists in underwriting of properties and preparing pricing models for investor review.

Ms. Sowards received a BS in Engineering Science with a minor in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia in 2016.
