ELIZABETH GREENE

Assistant Vice President, Asset Management

Ms. Greene joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2009. She assists the Asset Management team with all property-related issues, and manages its database as well.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Greene managed all facets of a national portfolio for Centerline Capital Group. The portfolio exceeded $1.25 billion in bond, conventional and mezzanine loans securing multifamily LIHTC properties.

Ms. Greene holds a BA in French from Gettysburg College, and two MA degrees in French Literature from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and from Indiana University.

She has successfully completed the Section 42 Tax Credit Compliance training conducted by Novogradac.
