JAMES CZEKAI

Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Czekai joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2013, and is responsible for overall portfolio management.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Czekai worked in the asset management groups of Centerline Capital Group, the National Equity Fund, and the Local Initiatives Support Corporation.

Mr. Czekai holds an MA in Public Policy & Administration from Western Michigan University. Mr. Czekai holds a BA in Political Theory & Constitutional Democracy and Public Policy & Administration from Michigan State University. He served there as the Student Government Chairperson/President.

He is Tax Credit Compliance Certified through Quadel’s certification program.
