Ms. Prijatel joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2011. She assists with financial analysis and underwriting.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Prijatel was a researcher with Novogradac & Company LLP, serving in the Government Consulting and Valuation (GoVal) advisory group in Bethesda, Maryland. There, she prepared market studies, assisted with rent comparability studies, as well as with appraisals for proposed and existing LIHTC, market rate, HOME financed, USDA Rural Development, or HUD subsidized developments on a national level.

Ms. Prijatel holds a BA in English Literature and Writing from the University of Michigan and a MA in Public Policy from Northwestern University.
