JOSH LAPPEN

Senior Vice President, Acquisitions / Underwriting

Mr. Lappen joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2010 and serves as a Vice President of Acquisitions. His primary responsibility is the New England region.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Lappen served as a Loan Officer with the Massachusetts Housing Partnership, for which he originated, underwrote, and closed permanent loans for multi-family affordable housing properties.

Mr. Lappen holds a BA in Economics from Clark University, and an MSF from Boston College.
