CHRISTOPHER BOURGERIE

Vice President of Portfolio Accounting & Reporting, Accounting

Mr. Bourgerie joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2013. He is responsible for the for day –to-day accounting for LIHTC funds, including financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Bourgerie was an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young LLP, where he focused on publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trusts, and privately held real estate investment funds.

Mr. Bourgerie holds a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University.
