Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Mr. Clauer joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2009. His responsibilities include monitoring property partnerships from initial lease-up through the completion of the compliance period, and he also ensures ongoing Section 42 program compliance.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Clauer was employed by The Richman Group Capital Corporation, where he oversaw multi-family affordable real estate portfolio operations and compliance; and supervised asset management operations for Richman’s 1,200 property portfolio. Mr. Clauer also provided services to Centerline Capital Group, assisting the company with troubled portfolio management transitions.

Mr. Clauer holds a BS in Business Management from Lynn University; compliance accreditation through The Spectrum Companies; and he is a CPM Candidate at the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM).
