MATTHEW BRUSH

Chief Financial Officer/ Senior Vice President, Accounting

Mr. Brush joined Hudson Housing Capital in January 2002 and oversees the accounting and financial reporting functions for the company and the low income housing tax credit funds managed by Hudson Housing Capital. 

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Brush was an Associate at Rubin & Katz, LLP Public Accounting Firm located in New York. Before re-locating to New York, he was a Senior Associate with The Reznick Group, P.C. in Bethesda, MD. At Reznick, Mr. Brush worked primarily with clients involved in the low-income housing industry. His work with such clients included financial statement audits, cost certifications, tax return preparation, and various agreed upon procedure assignments.

Mr. Brush received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware in 1999 and is currently licensed in the States of Maryland and New York as a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the America Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
