Senior Vice President, Engineering

Mr. Anbar joined Hudson Housing Capital in April 2003 and is responsible for assessing and managing development risk both in the acquisition and construction phases.  Acquisition due diligence responsibilities include conducting pre-development meetings, review of all pre-development documentation generated by consultants and designers, and engaging various third party specialty consultants to aid in the assessment of project feasibility.

During the construction phase, Mr. Anbar monitors the work progress in conjunction with third party consultants, participating in periodic project meetings, frequently visiting assets under construction and ensuring compliance with their original projections.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Anbar was Vice President and Department
Manager for Project Management Oversight at Inspection & Valuation International, Inc. (IVI). While at IVI, Mr. Anbar provided construction consulting services to real estate lenders and investors, including representation of tax credit syndication firms and community development lenders at IVI in the affordable housing arena.  Mr. Anbar oversaw the activities of 25 employees nationwide.

Mr. Anbar holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University and is a licensed
Professional Engineer in the State of New York.
