Vincy Vayalattu joined Hudson Housing Capital in January 2009. As Controller, she manages the day-to-day accounting operations for the company including monthly and quarterly financial reporting and preparing annual financial statements and tax returns.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Vayalattu served as an Audit Senior Associate at Grant Thornton LLP Public Accounting Firm in New York City. There, she worked with clients in industries including commercial, financial services and not-for-profit.

Ms. Vayalattu received a BBA in Accounting from Baruch College, The City University of New York.
