Mr. Stern joined Hudson Housing Capital as an Acquisitions Analyst in June 2023. Mr. Stern supports the Acquisition team at Hudson Housing Capital with the financial analysis and underwriting of LIHTC development transactions throughout the US.

Mr. Stern graduated from The University of Pennsylvania in May of 2023 with a BS degree in Economics and double majors in Real Estate and Marketing.
