Sunny Sowards joined Hudson Housing Capital in December 2016 with the Acquisitions group. She is responsible for originating, underwriting, and closing low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide.

Ms. Sowards received a BS in Engineering Science with a minor in Urban and Environmental Planning from the University of Virginia in 2016.
