Ms. Roy joined Hudson in January 2021, assuming responsibility for both direct portfolio management, and for aspects of overall departmental administration. Portfolio management responsibilities include oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Roy served various roles with Boston Capital beginning in 2004 – most recently serving in both asset management and fund management roles. Ms. Roy was responsible for overseeing a team of asset managers with the direct management through all aspects of the investment cycle.

Ms. Roy received her BS from the University of Massachusetts.
