Ms. Rodriguez joined Hudson Housing Capital in August 2019 as an Associate in the Acquisitions Group. She is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting of potential low-income housing tax credit projects nationwide.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Rodriguez worked as a Project Manager for Cambridge Innovation Center, an innovation focused co-working provider, where she led the negotiations of long-term leases, joint ventures and partnerships with developers, academic institutions, community organizations, and local governments both in the US and abroad.

Ms. Rodriguez holds a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University and an MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
