
Mr. Reisz joined Hudson in August 2022 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Reisz was the Chief City Planner for the City of Cleveland, Ohio, working with developers and elected officials to shepherd projects through the City’s planning, zoning, design review and legislative processes. He was the Project Manager for the development of an entirely new Form-Based zoning code which reshaped and streamlined the City’s entitlements processes.
Mr. Reisz Graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 with a B.A. in History. He went on to receive an M.A. City Planning from the University of Akron in 2010. In 2021 Mr. Reisz was appointed by the Mayor of Lakewood, Ohio to serve as a member of the City’s Planning Commission which oversees all new development in the Cleveland suburb.
