Ms. Prijatel joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2011. She assists with financial analysis and underwriting.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Prijatel was a researcher with Novogradac & Company LLP, serving in the government consulting and valuation advisory group. There, she prepared market studies, rent comparability studies, and appraisals for proposed and existing LIHTC and other mixed-income developments on a national level.

Ms. Prijatel holds a BA in English Literature and Writing from the University of Michigan and an MA in Public Policy from Northwestern University.
