Mr. Overberg joined Hudson Housing Capital in July 2019 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Overberg was a City Planner with the Cleveland City Planning Commission, where he worked to reverse disinvestment and create a more equitable City, particularly related to the City’s existing housing stock, which allowed Mr. Overberg to work on a variety of projects related to affordable housing development, mixed-use development, neighborhood master planning, land use planning and transit-oriented development.
Mr. Overberg graduated from The Ohio State University, where he received a B.S. in Geography/Data Management in 2010 and an M.S. in City & Regional Planning in 2011.
