Ms. Nicolas joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2021. As a Vice President in the Acquisitions Group, she supports the underwriting and analysis of properties and works alongside developers on new construction and rehabilitation projects.

Over the last twenty years, Ms. Nicolas has worked for an array of LIHTC investors and syndicators that include JPMorgan, National Equity Fund, SunTrust Community Capital and Regions Affordable Housing.

Ms. Nicolas holds a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business
