Mr. Murphy joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2010. He is responsible for assessing and managing development risk, both in the acquisition and construction phases.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Murphy was employed by a mid-sized architecture firm in Philadelphia, where he managed projects from schematics through construction, and specialized construction observation and administration.

Mr. Murphy holds a BS in Architecture from Temple University.
