Ms. Monterroso joined Hudson in 2006, and is responsible for all monthly, quarterly and annual in-bound property-level reporting, and coordination with Hudson’s internal database and information systems management team as well as Hudson’s third-party database management firms to ensure that all financial and other reporting information received is accurately incorporated into the respective databases.

In addition, Ms. Monterroso is responsible for coordination of the initial set-up of all new properties upon closing, and ensuring that all post-closing requirements are met.

Ms. Monterroso holds a BA in Psychology from Hunter College in New York City.
