Ms. Mehlman joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2011 and serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions primarily responsible for the Midwest and California. Prior to assuming her current role, Ms. Mehlman was a member of the Acquisitions Group working alongside nonprofit and for-profit developer partners on new construction and rehabilitation projects.

Ms. Mehlman holds an MBA in Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to business school, Ms. Mehlman worked as a consultant for the Exeter Group, where she advised New York City-based universities developing and implementing strategies to improve their operations and business processes. Ms. Mehlman holds a BA in History from Middlebury College.
