Ms. Lorenc joined Hudson Housing Capital in October 2019. Ms. Lorenc is involved in the day-to-day accounting function of the low-income housing tax credit funds which includes financial statements and tax credit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Lorenc was an external auditor at Withum for four years where she focused on real estate and not-for-profit clients. Before her time at Withum, she served as senior accountant at a real estate private equity fund where she was responsible for fund accounting and portfolio performance review.

Ms. Lorenc received a BS in Accounting from Monmouth University in 2013.
