
Ms. Leaman joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2012. She is responsible for legal work regarding the acquisition of properties to be syndicated to investors and the accompanying syndication of such properties, as well as subsequent asset management matters.
Prior to Hudson, Ms. Leaman served as a senior associate in the Business Practice Group of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP. Her practice focused on corporate and securities law, with special concentrations on federal tax credit financings and not-for-profit corporation law. Previously, Ms. Leaman served as a corporate associate at the Boston firm of Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault, LLP. There, she represented companies and venture capital investors in the private placement of securities and participated in all aspects of financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Leaman holds a JD from Duke University School of Law and a BA from Dartmouth College. She is admitted as a member of the bar of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
