Ms. Kadel joined Hudson Housing Capital in December 2019. She is in charge of the portfolio accounting and investor reporting for LIHTC funds, including LIHTC compliance monitoring and tax benefit reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Ms. Kadel was a Manager at CohnReznick LLP where she provided taxation services for developers and syndicators invested in the Affordable Housing industry.

Ms. Kadel holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and is currently licensed in the State of New York as a Certified Public Accountant.
