Mr. Grippa joined Hudson Housing Capital in April 2017 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.
Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Grippa worked as an asset manager for Red Stone Equity Partners, where he managed a portfolio and oversaw all aspects from assisting acquisitions with portions of underwriting, monitoring construction, lease-up and guiding each property through permanent conversion.
Mr. Grippa graduated from the Ohio State University with an MA of Urban Planning in 2010.
