Ms. Greene joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2009, and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.

Additionally, Ms. Greene is responsible for all periodic out-bound investor reporting and for managing Hudson’s database and information systems.

Prior to Hudson, Ms. Greene worked for Centerline Capital Group managing a large bond fund portfolio, overseeing conventional and mezzanine loans securing multifamily LIHTC properties.

Ms. Greene holds a BA in French from Gettysburg College, and two MA degrees in French Literature from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and from Indiana University.

Ms. Greene holds a Tax Credit Compliance certification from Novogradac.
