Mr. Gerentine joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2012 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Gerentine was employed by First Sterling Financial, where he analyzed and reported for two tax-credit syndicated funds and conducted due diligence for a major third-party asset management portfolio for the Tennessee Housing Development Agency.

Mr. Gerentine holds a BS in Finance (Real Estate and Urban Economics) from the University of Connecticut and is a Certified Credit Compliance Professional through The Spectrum Companies.
