Ms. Dunne joined Hudson Housing Capital in October 2024 and works with Hudson’s in-house and external counsel to advise the company on structuring and execution of project and fund-level closings.

Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Dunne served as Head of Global Real Assets Legal and Regulatory at Aegon Asset Management where she provided legal advice on all company real estate initiatives, transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters. She served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Aegon USA Realty Advisors, LLC, a registered investment advisor, and served as a voting member of the Executive Real Estate Investment Committee. Prior to becoming Chief Legal Officer, Ms. Dunne served as Assistant General Counsel at Aegon Asset Management where she managed the in-house legal team responsible for community development investments including the origination, execution, asset management, and syndication of tax credits. Ms. Dunne started her career in real estate and community development finance as an Associate at Nixon Peabody, LLP where she represented national syndicators and direct investors participating in new markets, historic rehabilitation, and low-income housing tax credits.

Ms. Dunne received her B.A. from Harvard College and her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law. She is a member of the bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
