Mr. DeLisle joined Hudson Housing Capital in March 2022 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.

Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. DeLisle held various roles with Boston Capital’s fund accounting and asset management departments, which included review and preparation of quarterly financial statements and audited financial statements as well as overall portfolio management.

Mr. DeLisle received his BS in Finance from Bentley University in 2015.
