Mr. Cucci joined Hudson in 2012 and is responsible for oversight of a portfolio which includes both pre-stabilized, operational and stabilized properties. Portfolio management of each of the properties in the portfolio begins upon closing, includes construction and lease-up phases, through each property’s operational life-cycle and ultimately through disposition – including processing of capital fundings, monitoring of property financial performance and continuing program compliance, and site visitation.

In addition to portfolio management responsibilities, Mr. Cucci also has departmental administrative responsibilities, including pre-stabilized investor reporting.

Prior to joining Hudson, Mr. Cucci worked with VIP Community Services in New York City, overseeing a multi-family affordable real estate portfolio. Mr. Cucci began his career in affordable housing as a Project Manager for the New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) in the asset management division.

Mr. Cucci holds a BS in Finance from Quinnipiac University in Connecticut.
