Mr. Chan joined Hudson Housing Capital in 1998. As head of the Portfolio Finance group, he and his team are responsible for investor reporting and providing updates for all low-income housing tax credit funds managed by Hudson Housing Capital. Mr. Chan is also part of the Acquisitions group where he is responsible for the review of pricing models of potential tax credit projects as well as actual investments.

Mr. Chan holds a BS in Finance from New York University.
