Mr. Bourgerie joined Hudson Housing Capital in 2013. He is in charge of the portfolio accounting and investor reporting for LIHTC funds, including LIHTC compliance monitoring and tax benefit reporting to investors.

Prior to Hudson, Mr. Bourgerie was an Assurance Senior at Ernst & Young LLP, where he focused on publicly traded mortgage real estate investment trusts, structured finance, and privately held real estate investment funds.

Mr. Bourgerie holds a BBA in Public Accounting from Pace University.
