Hannah Berkowitz joined Hudson Housing Capital in September 2024 as Assistant Vice President supporting the Acquisitions team with the financial analysis and underwriting of LIHTC transactions.

Prior to joining Hudson, Ms. Berkowitz was a Development Manager at Archway Communities, a Colorado-based non-profit affordable housing developer. Hannah worked on the financing and construction of LIHTC projects in the Denver Metro area.

Ms. Berkowitz holds an MBA from the University of Colorado, an M.A. in Psychology from Columbia University, and a B.A. in Psychology from Montclair State University.
