Mr. Bassano joined Hudson Housing Capital in August of 2019. Mr. Bassano is responsible for financial modeling and financial reporting to investors.

Prior to joining Hudson Housing Capital, Mr. Bassano was a Financial Analyst at WinnCompanies in their New York City office. At WinnCompanies, Mr. Bassano focused on asset management and investor reporting for their low-income housing tax credit portfolio. Prior to WinnCompanies, Mr. Bassano was a Financial Systems Analyst for L+M Development Partners in their New York City office.

Mr. Bassano holds a B.S. in Business Management from Manhattanville College and an M.S. in Real Estate from New York University.

He is a CPM at the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is Tax Credit Compliance Certified through Quadel’s certification program.
